Meet Rebecca Caldera, Trilogy® at Rio Vista’s Tour Center and Marketing Assistant, and our November Team Member of the Month!
Rebecca joined us 14 months ago as a temporary employee, and within a week she loved it so much (and we loved her so much) that she became an official Shea Homes employee. She was born in Wisconsin and moved to the Napa Valley in the 80s. Before working at Rio Vista, she coordinated destination weddings in Napa Valley, served during events at several world-renowned Napa wineries, and worked as an assistant to a property management company in Vacaville.
As a Tour Center Assistant, Rebecca is responsible for welcoming all guests and homeowners, assisting our Community Representatives, planning all of the great events at Rio Vista, and assisting with all marketing efforts.

Her favorite aspect of Rio Vista is the amenities and programming that Trilogy offers to keep homeowners active, healthy, and living The Good Life.
