Meet Ian McGrady-Beach, Shea Homes® at Jubilee®‘s Leadership Development Associate and our Team Member of the Month!
Ian is originally from Iowa, by way of San Jose, California. Before working at Jubilee, he was a college student studying at Whitworth University and Eastern Washington University. He has worked in sales and management, real estate, and many other roles where he learned to work hard and enjoy what he does.
Ian has worked at Shea Homes for six months, and his duties include safety, customer satisfaction, communication, quality assurance, problem solving, cost management, and the general care and curation of the Shea Homes Active Lifestyle Community brand. He continues to learn from those around him, and puts his learnings into practice. “I enjoy the people I work with,” Ian says. “Working hard and having fun don’t have to be mutually exclusive.”
When asked about his favorite aspect of the community, Ian says, “I’m really proud of the quality of the homes we are delivering to our Members!”
In his free time, Ian enjoys competing in triathlons. “I’m a bit of a sports nut, though having a growing family has tempered my interest a bit. My wife Jessica and I were married in 2008 and we have two beautiful daughters, Lincoln (3) and Morgan (6 months). We love good food, and sharing it with friends.”
